What data we collect
What you give us through the contact forms: name, phone number, email, subject and the content of your message.
Only if you allow it: anonymous visitor statistics through Google Analytics (e.g. which pages were viewed, device type, approximate region).
We do not create user accounts and we do not use advertising tools.
Bookings
Bookings are not made on this website. The “Book” button takes you to our partner idera.gr, where booking and payment details are processed under its own privacy policy.
Purpose and legal basis
We use form details solely to reply to your request or give you information about your stay (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We use the statistics to improve the website, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Recipients
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Statistics, if you allow them, and maps, if you show them, are provided by Google. These providers process the data with appropriate safeguards for any transfer outside the European Union.
How long we keep data
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any stay with us, unless the law requires a longer period.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set any cookies of its own. Two Google services use their own cookies and load only after you allow them: Google Analytics (statistics, _ga cookies, kept for up to 2 years) and the Google Maps on the Contact and apartment pages.
You can change your choice about statistics at any time from “Cookie settings”; if you withdraw it, the Analytics cookies are deleted. You can hide a map with the “Hide map” button. Your choices are stored only in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
